In a space explore actions space and dynamics in response to the words on the list.

• Consider level, size, shape, direction, pathways, body parts/whole body.
• You can explore all the words or some of the words.
• If you have others to dance with at home, explore actions with them too.

Create a Chain reaction dance

Create a solo/duet/group dance (if you have others to dance with at home) to represent the idea of a chain reaction using the descriptive words to inspire.

You can:

• Use a selection of words (not all on the list)
• Think about the space and dynamics of each action e.g. levels/size/shape/weight/speed
• Consider the rhythmic elements in relation to the music
