Terms and Conditions

Membership costs £99 a year and gives the member school access to the schemes of work, lesson plans, printable handouts, music and guided lessons on this site for the length of the membership term. Prices include no VAT.

Payment is taken securely by Stripe at the start of each membership year. Membership renews automatically each year unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply, you have 14 days from purchase to change your mind. If you have already used the membership content during that period we may make a proportionate deduction from any refund.

All lesson plans, handouts, images and music remain the property of Creative Steps. A membership covers staff at the member school. You may print and use the resources for teaching at that school. You may not share logins outside the school, publish the resources online, or sell or pass them on.

Keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or share access improperly.

Our resources are teaching materials. The school remains responsible for risk assessment, supervision and adapting activities to the pupils and space available.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the membership fee you have paid in the previous twelve months.
