  1. Tap someone on the shoulder
  2. Arms out
  3. Trust fall backwards
  4. Come back to standing with one arm out
  5. Person is free to move on to anyone with their arm out to the side
  6. Side lift and back down
  7. Person who has been lifted is free to move on
  8. Table top position
  9. Go over either the lower back or the shoulders – strongest part
  10. Person who has jumped over is free to move on
  11. Sitting on the floor with arm outstretched
  12. Using a firm hold walk backwards to assist the person off the floor with elevation
